no 15 amp, that's it, the other 10amp fuse is for the lights.

Re: Help trouble shoot electrical problem
I followed a guide from FSIP, that I found in another thread from scottyb, there is a light blue wire coming from the OBC to the controller that should have battery bank power but there is nothing.

Re: Help trouble shoot electrical problem
That's the lockout so you can't drive away with the charger plugged in. You probably never noticed it before but the backup alarm will sound whenever the switch is in reverse and the key doesn't have to be on. To me that means you are missing power somewhere. It's either a open fuse or a wire was left off during this DC converter install.

Plug the charger in then let it kick on a few seconds the unplug and try cart. If not try the obc reset procedure in the stickies here.

Re: Help trouble shoot electrical problem
Check the back of where you plug the charger in, follow those wires out, see if you run into a fuse. Also it may be inside the harness where it comes from the front, by the solenoid I think you may find that fuse there.

Re: Help trouble shoot electrical problem
Many times the fuse on the charge recepticle is fuse that lays across the top of the recepticle and at first look doesn't look like a fuse.

Re: Help trouble shoot electrical problem
Solved, A friend of my dad has the same cart, so we put his OBC on our cart, and every thing worked like before.
So now i am looking for a OBC, there are some on Ebay with different part numbers, but say they will work on a 2004-2013, just wondering if they are charger specific? |
