Default Tomberlin 2010 speed 20

I just purchased a 2010 Tomberlin had to put new batteries in it yesterday.I'm only getting 20mph turning the key to 2.I thought it went 25 to 26mph.Anyone know what might be up?

I'm having the same issue. I've just purchased a new throttle sensor and a new speed sensor/magnet for the motor. I'll let you know if it helps. I'm just hoping it's not the controller.

The speed sensor/magnet didn't help, but the throttle sensor did. I had to order from China however.

The key switch has two setting. You can turn the key, first to the 45 degrees setting and the cart will go 25 mph, but if you turn the key switch all the way to the 90 degree setting the cart will only go 20 mph.

The Programing is all done through the controller with a handset. You can make either position do whatever speed you want.
