Adjusting Toe & Camber
On a club car precedent is it necessary to have the front end on a jack when adjusting the Toe and Camber?

No but after making your adjustments roll the cart about 15 feet so it settles in. Then take a measurement. Every time you make an adjustment roll the cart.
