2009 RXV barely goes
We have a 2009 EZGO RXV that we use at our camper..at the end of last season the cart was working fine no problems at all..we fully charged the batteries and disconnected them for the winter well when we tried to use it today it will barely move in forward and reverse..kinda sounds like brake is stuck or something dragging when it moves..anyone kno what could be the problem??

Put key switch to N and run/tow switch to tow. How easy is it to push? Is it still feel like it's dragging?

Now how old are the batteries and what is your pack voltage? Also give us a voltage reading on each battery.

The batteries are prob about 2-3 yrs old and I’ll have to wait til we are back at the camper to get a voltage...but the lights come on bright and the buzzer is loud...couple people say it’s the motor brake

if it pushes easily in tow brake is releasing... so far so good.
when you power cart up .... does it lurch or move ????? if so brake is weak or probably bad |

When powered up u can hear the brake disengage and he cart will move barely and the sound is more like a rubbing sound instead of dragging

Batteries with volt meter read 12.5 charge battery went up to 13.7 club w load tester dropped from 13.7 to 11.5 so we think batteries may b the problem what’s ur all’s thought
