confused/contradictions on year of Lynx
Bill of Sale/previous owner stated '04 DS, VIN shows '01 DS ..... 7D0133 049534. While looking at lift kits they state pre '03.5 have silver metal caps, after '03.5 have black plastic caps. My '01 has black plastic caps, which is a contradiction. I ASSume since the Lynx is a factory reconditioned car, it had the front end changed out to newer update and I would need to order the POST '03.5 lift kits. Can any one advise me on this?

You are correct in the black plastic caps had metric hubs and the silver metal ones were SAE. So if you are Metric now you need the '03.5 and up or you have to swap out hubs as I did on some of mine.
