94 DS wrap help
So i am getting ready to wrap my cart this weekend and measured the body panels with plans of laying them out on the 4x10 roll of camo and cutting them out. Problem I am having is it looks like I dont have enough vinyl for the sizes I need to cut out.
I have googled my rear off trying to find a template with no luck. I appreciate any help from someone who has done a DS before. I hear 40 square feet should be enough but I just dont see it. |

Re: 94 DS wrap help
I called a buddy of mine who did his. He said he ordered a kit off eBay but did not remember the sqft. Maybe look around on eBay when you get a chance.

Re: 94 DS wrap help
Thanks, I talked the the company that sole me the camo roll and they are going to send me out another 4x5 foot piece which will be more than enough.
I could cut out all pieces but the front kick board area where the F/R switch is located. Only down side is I will have to put that piece on last which most seem to put on first but not a big deal. |

Re: 94 DS wrap help
Here are a couple photos. Waiting for more wrap to finish the part under the seat.
2 guys, 6 hours, it was definitely a challenge, not enough heat, too much heat etc but as long as it stays stuck I am happy. |
