Default 2010 club car precedent drops power

This cart has run great for 6 years. It has the black curtis 1510 controller. I charged and disconnected the batteries before storing. I reconnected and recharged the batteries but the cart will run at low speed but drops dead when I push down the trottle. I replaced the MOCR, same problem. I checked the batteries under load and they stay at 50v even as the cart drops off. If I let it sit a bit it will run at low speed. I smell a little burnt electrical in the control panel but I can't locate the smell with accuracy. Could this be a bad capacitor?

Does the solenoid click when you try to go?

Yes it does. I checked and cleaned all of the connections and still had the same problem. I then just tried jiggling the ignition switch and the cart took off and is running great. I know that this makes no sense but for now it's working. (I sprayed contact cleaner in the switch)

We had a DS that did this, an IQ. It showed 'main dropout' when you went full throttle, but ran fine half or lower. Replaced solenoid and it ran fine after.

I live and play a course next to the ocean so corrosion is a constant problem. If I continue to have this problem I will change out the solenoid.
