Default Noise coming from back of Precedent

I have 04 precedent. Just started at low speed. It sounds like coins rattling around back there somewhere

Anyone ever had this

Check the rear bushings.

Make sure your lug nuts are tight.

I am on my first golf cart, got it as a project (read: disassembled). The frame and wheels were together, it was just the body and wiring (and needed batteries). Got it all put together, was enjoying it. I occasionally heard some clacking noises when starting off, but didn't think much of it. Then a couple weeks ago, while tearing around the yard, a lug nut came off. Luckily I found it right away. Turned out all the lugnuts were loose on two of the tires.

Yep, always check those. And really, for a "new to you" go around and put a wrench on any bolt/nut you see that seems important, just to check.

At least once a month i will find lugs nuts put on backward. A lug nut rattling behind a hub cap will sound like the rear end is coming apart. However do check your motor mounting bolt, found one motor hanging on at a angle with just one bolt. If need be put the cart on jack stands, run it & follow the sound, use the "Old wooden broom stick to the ear" method if required. Wheel & motor bearings are common failure items alone with Spring Bushings.
