Tow mode kills power to motor right or should I remove battery cables?

Thanks guys I finally got it, used a 2” screw like Movin-on suggested and got it back together without pulling the motor. That was the good news, the bad is the cart is still acting up. I may need to open other thread but it runs but going up a hill or after a few minutes it drops to a lower speed or quits and you have to let up off the pedal and press again and starts back and keeps doing the cycle again. Any ideas? I checked all the wires and the magnet of course

Could be your MCOR acting up. Pump your go pedal 30 times and then see if things improve. If it gets better, replace your MCOR.

Ok I pumped it, for about 10-15 times with no response then last 15 or so it jerked like it was ready to go. After trying this the problem still exists

Just tried again, it has been on charged, backed up fine then forward for a little ways at normal speed then quit pressed go pedal and goes but very slow. Rode around a little but says at slow speed any ideas?
