2003 Club Car clicks, but won't move.
I have 2 club cars a 2008 48 volt IQ. Stock. And i have a 99 club car that has had everything upgraded, and jacked up w big tires. So the IQ will only go half a spin in rev. No matter wich way the f/r swich is in load tested the batteries and they are good only 3 years old but it didnt run for about a year and i got it going but it would drive good for about 15mins and then go 5mph. So i put a silanoid on there and now this... The 99 Ds i jest got a motor and silanoid and it will jest click. Sendind the Alltrax controller back for testing. Any help would be awsome.

You may want to start another thread on your '99. For the '08, go ahead and do a speed sensor test (link below) and report back with the results.

You can bypass it, but the controller will go into limp mode (8 mph). What motor do you have in the ‘08, the gray GE or black AMD?

Have you conducted a speed sensor test? Did the cart beep and slow itself?

Is your ‘99 a sepex system? Does it have a rocker switch for the FR and a pigtail coming off the end of the motor?
