Wire Connectors
Need some help. 98 Club Car DS replaced controller with alltrax 500 and motor with PQ executioner. Having issues with the speed sensor . Traced wiring back and there where two cracks in the wires. I would just cut the bad section out and put in a splice but the entire black wire is burnt on the inside. I want to just replace the wires. Does anybody know what the ends are that go to the main harness and the 3 prong harness for speed controller?

I'm not sure if those metal pin connections are readily available, you may just have to get a new 3-pin connector and splice it in using solder or crimp connectors.
You may try contacting David at Revolution Golf Cars, he's the local CC guru. He'll know if the connector is available by itself. https://www.revolutiongolfcars.com |
