Default Recommendations for Light Kit - Western 400 1984-1986

Hello,

I am looking for a recommendation for a light kit for my Western 400. I believe it is in the year range 1984-1986 based on the chassis parts and how they match up with those years of the Ezgo Marathon chassis.

The cart was purchased recently and it has headlights and taillights, and a horn but those parts are in bad shape. The wiring is also broken and frayed in several locations, so none of the lighting currently works.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a complete light kit? I prefer to purchase non-LED headlights, taillights and wiring kit.

If I have to purchase those parts separately that is fine, I just prefer a kit because I am far from an expert in electrical wiring. I am also not dead set against LED lights. I just read that they would need some sort of power converter as well.

Thank you in advance.

Question Re: Recommendations for Light Kit - Western 400 1984-1986

Thank you for the reply and suggestion. I’ve attached pictures here.

I measured the current headlights and they are 5.5” long by 3.25” high. I can’t seem to find headlights that size.

Yep that looks like an old marathon frame western. If it's not a common size have you measured the actual hole to see if you can squeeze slightly bigger in there? If not maybe just redoing the wiring and replace the bulbs instead. A little compound and buff on the lenses will probably get them shiny and cleared up too.
