Default 2000 Humdinger Front Camber

Hey guys, I finally got my 2000 humdinger which from what I've researched is just a club car ds chassis and drive train with the hummer fiberglass body. Anyone have any insight on how I can adjust the camber and toe on the front end of this. Drivers side is worse than passanger. Couple photos attached.

I also noticed the front shocks were not mounted on the lower tabs so I mounted them on....not sure why they were not, almost looked like they forgot when the thing was assembled.

Form the pictures looks to me that the Rt. (Driver side) upper a-arm is bent right we’re the shock mounts. May want to jack the front up and check for any play in your bushings.

So I figured out procedures for adjusting camber on the front end of the DS models. Its within spec, if anything the leaf spring could go towards the drivers side a hair but I left it cause it's so minor and that make the camber worse than it is now.

I removed the upper control arm cause it did look bent. I straitened it out and bolted it back in. Improvement was minor. What else can I do, the bushings look brand new
The cart only had 27 hour when I got it. Any thoughts?

I almost think either the original owner or second owner I bought it from pulled the front shocks from the mount on the upper control arm because they hit something and the force pushed and bent the upper arm...thoughts?

Update on this since I got so much feedback. I ended up replacing the king pin bushings and I'm just waiting for two new front leaf spring bushings. I'm gonna check the chamber after and double check the toe as well. From what I've read it looks like the toe should face inward some. I'll advise.
