2014 CC precedent just stutters after upgrade
I bought an upgrade kit from D&D motors which had the 500a Alltrax controller, 500a SW180 solenoid, D&D high torque motor (170-502-0002) and wire upgrade kit.
After installing all of it my cart just stutters in forward and reverse and will not go. I tried searching the forum and found some related issues but nothing that quite matched my situation. My cart ran perfect before this upgrade so wondering what it could be. Solenoid has resistor and regen diode on large posts and also a diode on coil terminal blades. Thanks for any help! |

No resistor used with Alltrax. Remove it. Make sure of polarity of diodes.

Thank you for the reply! The diode on the coil was backwards and since it was already installed on it when I bought it I didn’t think to check it. I reversed the diode and everything works great! Much more torque than before!
