Don't know much about Mopar's, but I do know a "perfectionist" when I see one Looks like "chevy orange" to me Nice work and keep the pix's comeing!

The bead blasting worked out great, it almost looks like chrome.

Thanks for the encouragement all! Frame is back on Friday so re-assembly can begin! Anybody have a trick to get the springs off the shocks intact? I have tried two spring compressors and both are too large. I want to paint the shocks before reinstalling but new springs aren't in the budget for this year

Love the engine shots Mike Mac! Smallblock, you made me double check the engine paint can! Chevy orange, bah!

I'll post more pics this weekend!

I made a compresser out of 2" pipe to fit the ram on my press.Just cut a window out to reach in with your needle nose to grab the hat
