Default No power after winter season

Hello all, new member here hoping someone can help me out here. I have a Yamaha(not sure of model, just that it's from 1999) that I use at a campground at the Delaware beaches during the summer months. After sitting for the winter I can't get it going. The batteries are apparently taking a charge as I'm getting 48v total across all the batteries. However it does nothing, reverse buzzer won't even come on. I'm pretty clueless with these things, anything I should look into next? I'll have to check out some wiring diagrams/part descriptions as well since I really don't know about what parts are what either.

Important to note that I had a similiar issue last year, and after fumbling with the wires at the tow/run switch, got it working. Must have been a lose connection or something. It ran great all last summer. Messed with those wirees again, cleaned the connectors, still have nothing. Thanks in advance.

I am new here too, but from this is what I understand from reading. 48 volts mean you have dead batteries. Your charger will not come on because the batteries are too dead.

As I said, as a newbie this what I understand .
