Default my rearend is hurt

i thought that would get some eyes on this post now on to the problem, i was feeling a slight jump or slip in my rearend under load and only moving so i pulled the cover off for an inspection and all looked good but one thing (now dont poke fun) i dont know all the names for things in a rearend but the little set of gears that are attached to the really large one.It looks like the driver side one is missing like 4-5 teeth and it looks like the axel isnt quite as far thru that side, anyway is this normal? and where can i get new ones? and is replacing this stuff fairly easy...

that would be the problem if it is missing teeth. also remember that if the gear is missing teeth they arnt really missing....they are in that diff and if the get caught up in the other good gears they can tear them up as well. I would say discontinue the use of the cart until you get it fixed or you might just be buying a whole new rear end. Plus with the missing teeth it will start to sheer off more of them much faster now so it will be over with before long
