Strange this never did it until the kids borrowed it , and drove it !

No one has messed with it and no recent mods.
No changing oil, no lifts , there is no smoke , runs good ...etc.

They have either hit something and knocked it loose, tight , blocked .
Time to tie them up and interrogate the little angles

The first thing I would look at is the dipstick seal itself,
The dipstick on my cart can sometimes be difficult to pull out because of the tight seal.

Just a suggestion.

OK then do this .
Screw the dipstick and what is says is Correct
1. Drain the oil and replace oil filter, 38 Oz . for FE-290 (No More)
2. Use recommended 10W30.

This way we know we are starting with the correct amount, a good filter and the correct viscosity .
It's just a starting point.

I went back and re-read the entire post and noticed in the beginning
U said it was a 350 , so is it a 350 or 290 .
The 350 requires 1.4 qts and the 350 requires 1.2 qts.
Better a little short than Toooo much.

I am not an expert in your engine so take this with a pinch of salt if you will but......
To generate enough pressure to blow the dipstick out something has to be causing it. Now although you say it runs fine, The only thing that could instantly cause that pressure is piston blow by. No one has suggested this so I recommend that you get a compression tester and check your pressure. If it is low, pour a little engine oil into the spark plug. This will temporarily seal the rings so if the pressure increases you know the rings / cylinder is worn.
