If you have ever done car brakes it's all most the same, block the wheels so the cart can NOT move, jack the cart up and put a jack stand under it for safety, remove the wheel, try to pull the brake drum off you might get lucky, if not, there is two small holes in the face of the brake drum that take a ? mm bolt, maybe some one knows what size they are, not sure what size they are, screw some bolts in the two holes in the brake drum and it will push the brake drum off, If not, there is a hole in the drum the size of a quarter , spin the brake drub around and line the hole in the drum up with the brake adjuster on the bottom of the backing plate you will see a star wheel, you will need to small flat screw drivers, use one screw driver and hold the auto adjuster off of the star wheel with one screw driver, and with the other spin the star wheel to loosen the brake shoes so the drum will slide off, take the springs loose remove the old shoes and install the new when you get the brake hub off, take pics before you take it apart, so you don't for get how it goes back together
