Default Need suggestions for adjustable coilovers for G2

I want to use adjustable coilovers (maybe from an ATV) to replace the front and rear stock shocks on my G2. I plan on having new A-arms and rear swing arm fabricated for me with 4" lift so mounting points and style can be modified if i need it. I guess ATV take offs with the correct spring rate range is what I'm looking for.

The 400ex shocks are very long, say like 16" eye to eye, so mounts will need to be fabbed. With a 6" Jakes lift kit I used TRX250 front shocks. They are 13" eye to eye and work great with the new lifted a arms and I didn't need to use the front shock relocation adapters that came with the kit.

My advice would be to get the lift you want, install it and measure. Put a jack under the front of cart, remove shocks, manually place the front wheels in the correct camber position, then measure from mount to mount. You'll want to add 2" for settling of the new shocks. That's your measurement for atv shocks.

I just recently installed some adjustable shocks that were made for Banshee's & Blaster's. These shocks are 13" long and work great!

I used Harley Davidson Dyna Wideglyde shocks on my rear that are adjustable and 13 inches. They work great

Where did you find those shocks! Pretty sweet. They look like Elka's?

So it sounds like ATV front shocks fit the load requirement then. Customization here I come Do they work for the rear as well? (assuming correct length, custom mounts, etc.) Thanks guys for the info, I didn't find much searching for it.

I tried some that were supposedly for ATV, but I don't think they were. I think they were overloads for a car. There is so much dampening they would actually stick down compressed over bumps. This was for rears.

Are those the ones from Ebay? Seller was dr.ct70 something or other. They come in a few different colors and lengths? I wondered if you used the standard or the soft rides.
