Default 05 Yamaha will not do anything

I took a 05 yamaha on trade and it didn't run. It had two bad bateries so I put new batteries on the cart. The batts are good and will accept a complete charge. I tested the key switch the forward/reverse switch and they seem to be fine, i also replaced the tow/run switch. I swaped the solenoid out with one from a working yamaha and nothing changed. I feel like the pedal isn't getting signal back to the ??? (not sure) I have over 49v at the controller and to the solenoid. I tried to jump the solenoid and push the pedal and still nothing, I didn't even hear the solenoid click.

Do I need to reset the OBC or what would be my next step? How can I test the controller?

This cart is a 05 G22 but looks almost identical (motor, controller, solenoid, wiring) to the 09 drive G29 I have also.

Thanks!

I pulled the big plug to the controller and it is getting signal from the acc pedal, the forward/reverse switch, the key and the tow/run switch. However it is not sinding the signal to the solenoid when acc is pressed. I tried to jump the solenoid but still nothing. When I unplugged the big plug from controller and let sit for a while and when I plugged back in it made a single beep (only sign of life so far in cart).

What can I do to check motor direct form battery power?
