Default 2006 elec. now it works, now it does'nt

36 volt with Curtis series controller. It stops just like you cut it off. I have tested the batteries, looked for loose wires around the controller, the motor, the batteries and solenoid. The solenoid clicks. I gave up and pulled it back to the shelter and hooked up the charger for about a half hour. Now it works, but I have no idea for how long, or what caused it. Any ideas?

When it won't go does the solenoid click? If it does the problem may be in the high amperage big cables or F&R, It it does not click the problem is in the low amperage solenoid activation circuit. ...

If the solenoid clicks, it's not your key switch.

If the solenoid clicks, the problem is somewhere in the cables, connections or components highlighted in red and blue.

When it stops if you plug the charger in it will start back, but if you pull it back out it will not work until you have charged the batteries a while. Then it only runs maybe Ten minutes. Does this tell anyone anything?

Sounds like the batteries aren't charged, or you got one (or more) bad batteries.

What charger do you have?

What is the battery pack voltage about 12 hours after the charger shuts off automatically?
What are the individual battery voltages about 12 hours after the charger shuts off automatically?

What are the battery pack and individual battery voltages when the cart is misbehaving?
