Default G14e f&r switch test procedure

Help. I would like to know a test to determine if F/R switch needs replacing. I have a good DVM, wiring diagram, but no tech manual. Thanks

Bueller? Bueller?...

Don't want to start throwing parts/money at this until I can make some eliminations...
Battery pack good...less than 1 month old Trojans
Continuity through solenoid, delivering power to speed controller
Throttle potentiometer tested good
Motor turns under direct power connect.
Cart doesnt go.
Tech said to start with f/r switch.
How can I test this?
