2008 EZGO RXV Freedom
Hi I have been reading on this forum for awhile and I was wondering if you would consider buying this cart even with all the problems that they have had. The seller claims that he hasn't had any of these problems. He did replace the batteries with USBatteries but they are still the 12v. This is a nice cart but I'm debating on buying a new one that comes with a warranty. Thanks in advance!

Re: 2008 EZGO RXV Freedom
I have had my '09 rxv for two years and have ran the snot out of it. I have not had a single problem with it. I always charge after every use, keep batteries filled and use an auxiliary battery for my accessories. It seems that most of the issues with the rxv's stem from low voltage and or varying voltage from the pack. If you maintain properly I think it helps prevent a lot of issues. Just my 2 cents.

Re: 2008 EZGO RXV Freedom
I have over 11,000 miles on mine per the programmer. In the past 2 years I have replaced the brake for just under $200. So in 2 years the only thing that has stopped working is the brake. Everything else I have done has just been upgrades and a little maintenance. $200 for all them miles I love mine. I am working on a custom RXV since I love the AC system so much.

Bought mine used. Installed a 48v to 12v convert or for running the accessories. I have had no problems cart runs 26 mph with 23" tires. I had it over a year and it is used daily. No problems ( now I've jinked myself).

I bought mine used about 2 years ago as well. Like MiltonC mine is used almost daily as I live in a cart friendly town.
