The micro switches are in the battery area but they sit almost like where a v glide would sit

Hey crash one thing i do see is that on the solenoid on the far passanger side only has one main wire on it and does not have another wire on that same post from the micre switch box.

Lost me on the reverse???? Cart will go in both directions without key on and no pedal pushed.

yes the one on the pass side is the reverse solenoid it is also powered by the first solenoid
(drivers side) if it is stuck open it is supplying power to all solenoids
the tell tail sign is the key switch.. it engages the solenoid but if solenoid is welded open already then key will not work to turn it off
