finally figured out a few things. I think everything is original except 22 inch tires and 3 or 4 inch lift . motor is 36 volt part# is 73445 and another # a02-4012,serial#87529 class h, rating au 2500 flt spd 10/31/05.took motor out and brushes looked to be 3/4 new.armature looked good.cables are 600 volt welding cables, looked new, made sure all was tight, there was a sticker under charge plug with serial #2375747,speed controller is a curtis pmc,p/n 25864g09 s/n 5304-po99303l.date sticker cant read. im sure its a series motor. it is a ezgo txt.like I said before,i did check splines in hubs and today checked splines on motor and there good, checked batteries after charging and checked good but I cant check amps or volts.dont know how old batteries are but has 1 Trojan and other 5 don't have no name or nothing on them. can charge batteries overnite and charger kicks of,light on dash also saids fully charged, good on flat land but on incline right away seems like motor is slipping but u can hear motor humming, let off acc. and it tries to pull again, can anybody give me any thoughts besides taking to dealer. sorry to write so much thanx

check the voltage while riding. I had two that the motors hummed with low voltage/ bad batteries. Replaced the batteries and it ran like a champ. Not saying this is your problem just something to check. I use alligator clips to check voltage while riding.
