Default Tighten starter belt

Noob cart owner here. Is it possible tighten starter belt with body on. I've seen a few vids on utube doing it with body off. Local mech has done it twice in 1 week. Runs good first day then craps out. Is it belt or maybe more?

What do you mean when you say craps out? wont engage or is just slipping?

you can remove the access panel on the back and get to the starter. the adjustment bolt it on the bottom side near the pulley.

Access through the service panel as mentioned above. When my starter belt gets loose I use a small pry bar to get leverage. Stick the short end of the pry bar under the starter from above and lift up to move the motor out and tighten belt. If the pry bar is long enough you can push up with your shoulder freeing up both hands to tighten the bolts.
