ebay carbs any good?

not sure but ive had my cart 5 years now and i am on my 2nd brand new carb. both of them i have bought at golf carts servicing places. In the five years I can count on one hand just how many tanks of fuel been through it. It sits most of the time. I checked the oil pretty regular and tonight i just smelt fuel. So i wiped of rap and sure enough the carb is feeding my engine fuel. So are the ebay carbs any good or where should i get a new carb? So i need a new carb and probably 2 oil changed to get fuel out of engine.

wow....that's pretty weird for sure. with a fuel pump there shouldn't be any more fuel available than what is in the bowl to run out anywhere. where did you wipe fuel up from? maybe check your fuel tank vent to ensure your tank isn't pressuring up and forcing fuel into your carb.

I've never heard of a carb "wearing out" so bad it needed to be replaced, you can change pretty much every part in them.

The fuel pump can go bad also feeding fuel down the pulse line into the crankcase. Those club car carbs are pretty darn good. I have bought some off ebay and so far had good luck with them. Check that fuel pump first.

Ill just replace both and with new lines...... this darn thing I got it put new carb voltage regulator then a coil brought it home unloaded it wouldnt run took it back bad coil replaced that. put a couple tanks through it you guessed it same thing another carb. now fuel pump and carb. lol i better quit thinking about it. lol
