Looks like a solid shaft motor to me which is good, but it looks like you've already got a motor centering kit installed on the shaft on the differential. The lighting is poor in the picture but it looks like a bushing with a spring behind it, correct? If so, that's your centering kit. As for the motor bumper. I've installed them twice, and both times it put so much pressure on the outer bearing that it locked the motor up and we had to haul the cart in with a forklift. I don't recommend it.

Ok. Well i'll head back home in a few and check out the differential and take a better pic. Do you think i just need to order another centering kit then if that in fact is one? do they wear out? Do i have any other options?

Took a look at it. It's just a washer. No spring or anything. It slid right off. ???? I just ordered the center kit.

There shouldn't be a washer there. Try taking the washer off and reinstalling the motor and seeing if it still chatters.

well i got home and put the motor back on and snapped a motor mount bolt. great. it was still snug so i drove just to see about the clutter, its still there but i dont know if its as bad. Now i gotta figure how to get that broken bolt out. And where can i buy new bolts?

Will home depot or lowe's have the same bolts? I broke a motor mount bolt.
