Just to review. The Club car will not move, but a relay clicks when you push the accelerator.
1) I check the 4 micro switches, all seem to be operating
2) I jump from the small yellow pole on the solenoid to -b on the controller
no luck?

Sorry it took so long for me to see this. With the rear of the cart off the ground, jump the large posts of the solenoid and then see if it'll run. Clicking solenoids arent always good ones. If that doesnt work, I would say your controller is shot, hopefully someone with the test procedures for that will be along shortly, replacing a controller is expensive.

Thank you, ok so if I am reading this right just take a screw driver and jump the large post on the solenoid. This would eliminate the possibility of the motor being bad?

Actually- turn the cart off. Move one large cable so that both big solenoid cables are on the same post... if the cart runs -
the solenoid is bad or the solenoid activation circuit is bad.
But it sounds like activation is not your problem since solenoid is clicking... so this will test your solenoid contacts. Only.

After the key was turned on, did you put it in gear and press the go pedal?

This is sounding more and more like a dead controller. Someone with the testing procedures for that will hopefully be along soon. Good luck and keep us posted.
