Default Tomberlin Emerge charger 48v solenoid wiring

Hello, i acquired this golf cart after a failed attempt to get it going. I put all the wiring back together and pulled the motor and freed up the brushes. I was lucky everything worked. Although the wiring for charger is something I have not figured out. In the picture it appears some kind of solenoid with two mystery black wires and two more wires one black and one yellow ?
