My new to me, Pargo ready for a make over
a few months ago I picked up a Pargo golf cart off Craigslist for $ 35, I have always wanted a retro looking cart.
today I brought it up from the storage barn and hosed it off, pressure washed it , it was gutted inside ( no motor, or batteries, most of the electronics missing ) , so I basically got the shell of a cart, hard top and an extra back rack. I'm totally new to the world of golf carts, but I'm a gunsmith and pretty mechanical, I hope to turn this into a gas conversion one day, but it will be a slow go.....with that big rounded nose, for some reason I see it painted battle ship grey and the sharks mouth with teeth, just like the front of a P-51 mustang...lol anyways here are some pics I welcome any comments or guidance when I picked it up . . here is a shot of the battery compartment, I think I can just find a spline and weld on a sprocket and turn this into a gas conversion ?? who knows more research is needed, most fo the original electronics are missing . . after a power wash and top installed, I don't think this top went with it, but someone drilled holes, so I installed it for now . hope you enjoyed it |

Re: My new to me, Pargo ready for a make over
I forgot to add there isn't a year plate or any info that I can find on the cart, I would live to know approximate year and any history, I searched around the net and didn't find must, but I did see some sweet pics of carts that people had renovated.
thanks |
