Default bushing kit too loose

HI everyone i am here seeking for help again. i replaced leaf spring with a new one and bought bushing kits.

But i found the rubber bushing easily goes in and out the spring, and metal tube easily goes in and out rubber bushing too...

If hold by hand they will not fall by gravity but they act too loose...

Will this be a problem in the long run???
