Default Help with some diagnostics!

I am working on an ezgo 2+2 E 2007 for a friend. I am very new to helping with carts. The cart works but has moments where it seems to lag some or not have power as it should. He said sometimes it won’t work at all but it has worked every time I have been out. I ran the diagnostics that were in the service manual. This is what I found.

Batteries were only half charged or below. Pack reading was 35.7. Controller is reading between 33.9-34.0 at B+ M-. Solenoid is reading 35.6 voltage and Solenoid tests 1.7 and goes to 0.0 when pressed. It does click. Does this all look normal? It seems that the controller is the issue.

What are your thoughts? I hate to just order a part and then that’s now it.

First, get those batteries charged up & see if they will charge to 100%. No point messing around with anything else, if the batteries are too messed up to charge to 100%.

Do as cgtech has pointed out. Also....check the battery water levels prior to charging. If the water levels are below the cell tops.....strange things happen to your battery packs and none of 'em are good.
