Default shocks

can anyone tell me the open and closed size for heavy duty shock for my 2004 txt with a 4 inch lift or recomend a good shock that i can buy at auto parts store

Measure your existing shock, add the lift height and head over here to see which one will work.

When you find one that will work, call your local auto parts store and give them that number. They will either get it for you or offer you another manufacturers cross for it.

KInda depends if it is a body lift or a spindle or Axle lift Most lifts are gonna keep the stock shock.
