When you said it was running, what was it running on? Gasoline or starting fluid? Was there oil in whatever you were using (hopefully gas/oil mix)? If there was no oil, it could scald the cylinder wall badly and possibly weld the rings to the jug. The bearings could also seize up. Does it at least turn over? Spark?

As for the clutches... check the belt width... and length... my neighbor has a G1 and it didn't even run well on flat ground. Turned out the belt was worn very badly. Check it.. not sure the exact measurements... I am sure a yami guy will.

G1 belt should be 1 3/16" wide x 36 3/8" outer diameter.

It was running on the gas mix and it is mixed with probably about a 50-1 ratio(lots of blue smoke).I checked the plug and it wasnt fouled but there was a wire that looked like it broke loose, is there supposed to be 2 wires running to the coil?Ill check the belt but i mean the belt would have to be barely grabbing,it went about 2 mph uphill at wot.

The exaust is really loud on my cart, what is used to seal it between the pipe and the engine? I think its leaking there, it sounds like a dirtbike but louder.

I would say there should be a gasket there. It is likely that the header bolts came loose and broke the gasket. You should be able to get a new gasket or a kit to make a new one.

Wasn't the exaust it was the aftermarket airfilter i duck taped on, but i have a new problem do they get coldblooded when it gets cold out, i couldn't get it started, also i found out the hard way they dont like to idle, well i unhooked the stop switch under the peddle, and when i started it ,it went right into the side of my shed and now the wall is messed up, but i made it look half decent.
