Brand new 2009 st sport 2+2 seems to be running slow
i just bought a new 09 sport 2+2 and it seems to have plenty of power when you first get it moving and then it runs slow after you get moving what could be causing this and how can i fix it ? any help would be welcome . thanks in advance

if it has the 13hp kaw engine they do that. you can adjust the gov a little to increase to get little more speed.

they have a speed limiter in the axle, that as it gets to speed, it slows it down. look in the ezgo tech section on how to gain a bit more speed (simply requires adjusting some nuts)

if its new let the engine (break in) couple hundred hours should be safe to rap it up
 i know the tale of (run it like your gonna right off the bat) would be easyer on the engine if you let it run in for a while. just my opinion |
