g1 Solenoid
I have found a g1 cart cheap, to my understanding there is no replacement solenoids avalible is ther a way around this? If so what is it?

my thought was if it could be made to "run all the time" witha key switch instead of on\off operation.

Don't stay away from the cart. You will rarely see someone unhappy with their G1. Most parts are readily available.

The early style solenoids in the first picture are apparently no longer available. I am sure the buggy could be rewired to use the later style solenoids in the second pic, the poster in the link above says he has done it. The wiring diagrams are in the stickies up top. If the buggy is cheap enough, go for it.
