2003 ST350 Starter Generator
I recently rebuilt the engine on our cart. Things where going good and I was breaking the engine in. While running the engine i realized the battery was over charging. I was looking at it when the cart stopped running. I read several of your threads and came to the conclusion the voltage regulator was bad. I replaced it and nothing. I removed the starter generator and had it evaluated at a local auto electric shop. He looked at it smiled and said golf cart. On further inspection it was fried. I did some looking and found a new one through amazon for $154. I installed the starter generator and the same thing nothing. I am wondering, is the new one bad? Any thoughts? I have checked the solenoid seems to be working.
Thanks for your help |
