'08 Drive - poor performance after upgrade
I just got my '08 Drive running, but now the performance is definitely lacking. Things I did from getting it to getting it running: new 12" wheels / 22" tires, 6" A-Arm lift, 6 new batteries fully charged (new battery charger), New HD solenoid and Alltrax 500 amp controller tuned to 400 amp from Scottyb.
Now she runs but on my first (very short) test run I was getting 5mph up a very moderate hill and 10mph up at level. I was alone on my limo cart. Going up hill It beeped at me once or twice. I think I need to figure out what cord I need to do a computer analysis while testing it next time. I will say I bought the Costco batteries. I know they are not as good as Trojans but I assume that should not be the cause of such a poor performance. Any Thoughts? |
