Re: Txt stutters when trying to accelerate
I have a custom built TXT lifted running 1000 amps at 48 volts. I have had the dreaded shudder at least three times over the years. Every time it was the brushed going bad on my motor. I just picked up a new 48v pack yesterday an the shudder is back....time for another new motor for me.

Re: Txt stutters when trying to accelerate
a 36 v pack fully charged should read about 41v. Anything less than this and you have one or more batteries getting weak but while this may be a problem it is likely separate from the brushes.
