EZ-GO lithium battery meter
Has anyone successfully added a battery mater for the factory pack? Is there any difference between 48 lead vs lithium battery? Any suggestions appreciated.

Re: EZ-GO lithium battery meter
Huge difference. Lead batteries act totally different as they discharge, as opposed to how lithiums act. Lead batteries have a predictable curve as they discharge, fairly linear. Lithiums act totally different, they stay even until the very end, when they drop off drastically & quick. That's why a typical meter system is about useless (unless you like a gas gauge that looks fine until it drops to "E" with little warning). Having a lithium pack, & metering it is much more complex than the old lead acids. Anyone who says (sells) otherwise is not selling you a good package. Ask them "harder" questions, and you will see (vague answers are just that, vague & of little use).
