2004 EZ GO - Speed question with upgrades
got (6) new 8 volt batteries, all new 2 gauge cables, upgraded F&R switch, new 500 alltrax controller and heavy duty solenoid.
Cart does have a slight lift and larger tires batteries fully charged, flat ground, with just me it is only running between 18-20 mph. Thought i would have been faster. Is there anything to check or does this maybe point towards a weak motor or some other issue? |

Series cart, that's about right for the stock motor.

36v or 48v? I ask because you have another thread on 48v.

Re: 2004 EZ GO - Speed question with upgrades
These are good numbers for 21" tires and stock series motor on 48v. The 36v speed on 18s would have been about 12-14 mph
