1996 medalist power back feed to key switch
here is the problem while out on a ride got caught in a rain storm got back to camp shut the key switch off and the battery meter started to flicker then stayed on I have it wired to the switch to power up only with the switch in on position. I pulled the switch out unplugged the wires and meter still stayed on
I have recently installed scotty b package 485,super duty rev contactor,2g wires, volt meter,12v dc reducer. that's not all with the key on if I switch from neutral to forward or rev the cart will take off by itself the microswitch in the pedal box is bypassed by previous owner |

Re: 1996 medalist power back feed to key switch
This is why bypassing the microswitch is unsafe. Have you given everything a few days to dry?
