Ezgo pds noise
My 2008 ezgo pds cart makes a grinding noise when I slowly accelerate but stops making the noise when I have the pedal to the metal. It does NOT make the noise when you let off the pedal. Only when the pedal is barley pushed. The cart runs fine other than the noise. It's starting to drive me crazy. Does anyone have an idea on what could be causing it?

Might be a rear brake/hub splines about to let go. Common issue on EZ Go carts. They like to give you a bit of warning before they fail.

My 2008 PDS had a bad axle bearing had same issues you have. I replaced both axle bearings. noise gone and runs smooth
