23" tires on TXT
Has anyone tried running 23" tires on a TXT with a 4" lift? I'm running 20" tires now and looks like I have plenty of room but I hate to order them if they won't work. Thanks

Re: 23" tires on TXT
22' is all that's supposed to fit with suspension travel and all. Besides you don't want 23s on an electric cart unless you have power to throw away! FOREVER.
22 seems to be the breaking point. 22s are Doable with upgrades but 23s are over the top torque loss. |

Re: 23" tires on TXT
Mines not stock, it has an Alltrax XCT 400 , a Plum Quick Bandit , big cables and solenoid and 6 brand new 8 volt batteries. I was thinking of changing the motor to one with more torque soon because the Bandit is too fast unless I turn down the top speed on the controller, my kid likes to drive it and the drum brakes don't stop it very good.

Re: 23" tires on TXT
I know, that's why I'm thinking about changing motors. I was thinking about the taller tires for a little more ground clearance, do y'all think they'll fit?

Re: 23" tires on TXT
My series cart has 23" tires. They rub on the steering rack on very sharp turns, but I think I could fix that with spacers. So yes, they can fit. I am unsure of how tall my lift is, since I got the cart this way.

Re: 23" tires on TXT
I think I'm going to try them. Can y'all recommend a good torque motor for my cart? It's a pds cart that I swapped over to 48 volts.
