Don't want to screw up brand new Trojans!!
Finish/Equalization charge according to Trojan may be as high as 48.6 volts, this would be with very little amps (4 or less) showing ...

a properly charged new battery will be 2.2 volts over battery voltage while on the charger. This will change as the battery gets older, but lets just stick with new batteries as that is what you have.
With that said, Your charger is automatic and should shut off.
If you want to watch it, then you can put a meter on it.
6 batteries-2.2 volts over battery voltage- 8.2x6- 49.2 volts, this can still vary slightly. Once it gest to that number, 45 minutes at this level and shut off.
