electric chargers
We have an E -Z go Charger, but a Club Car vehicle. I would like to change the male end of the charger wire from the flat plug to the round male to fit the Club Car female, which is on the vehicle. The wire I want is available on line, but are there any electrical considerations. After a quick look inside the charger, the job looks very simple. Have I missed something?
Thanks for any hepl |

Re: electric chargers
MOst CC have an on board computer which controls the charging .... likely these two are not compatable... Check and see if 1 of your battery cables goes thru a small black box ? You didn't say what year cart or charger?

Re: electric chargers
Hello engine307 and Welcome to the forum.
It's even sometimes best if you trade your charger for the correct charger at a golf cart shop. Then you know it's right. |

Re: electric chargers
The OBC can by bypassed/eliminated and you will be able to use that charger.
I would suggest that the charger is at least automatic. |
