DS no solenoid click
I have a 2002 48 volt series cart. The customer said they were having to push the cart to get it going and now it is dead.
Batteries are good, moor is good, and controller are good. I completes test 11 in the manual for the OBC. I used jumper wires to go directly from the battery pack pos. And neg. to the solenoid and the cart works correctly. According to the manual the OBC has failed. If some one could confirm this it would be great. I did see in the sticky there is a way to by pass the OBC for the power drive carts, can this be done on a series cart? |

Re: DS no solenoid click
OK I remembered how I did this last time, I have installed a wire from the battery neg on the controller and attached it to the solenoid at the yellow wire. Works like a champ, I guess now I am still confused by why it had to be "push started" I will start another post for that.
