Default Need a VALUE on this motor and controller

All, I was lucky enough to come across this motor and controller. I was wanting to know if anybody had a good idea of what they are worth? Or what they go to as far as drive system? They are for sale. The motor is new and the controller is a referb.

Thanks,
Subby

I don't think that motor is for a golf cart. The only thing I saw on it was that it was a custom motor designed for the mining industry. Has a weird shaft also. Don't know.

I think not only is the shaft wrong, it's coming out of the wrong end.

Technically, there is no "end" as the motor uses the rear end for its cover and bearing, at least for TXTs.

Cool. I’ll stick it on eBay and get what I can get out of it.

Maybe OLD style carts, with longitudinal Mount motors? Not sure? It might be of high value to "just the right guy". Could be sought-after, but only to a small crowd. That equals "worth money, but slow to sell".

It might be a good idea to contact D&D and ask them what it is used for.

I am an underground coal miner. We have used to have damascuss mantrips underground. I am sure that is what it is used for. I was not sure if it could have been used by somebody on this sight. It was given to me when we took them out of service and started using rail underground. I will stick it on ebay and get what I can. I appreciate all of the help.
